Making Donations

Donations can me made several different ways. You can donate cash, personal property to help benefit our facilities or set up a "planned giving" arrangment through your will, trust, stocks, real property or life insurance policy. You may also donate for a special event or project. However you decide donate, your support will help build a strong foundation for Hospice care patients and their families.

How To Donate

Would you like to donate a gift in honor or in memory of someone whose life has been touched by hospice? If donating by phone, be prepared to give the following information:

• Your contact information
• Credit card number and expiration date
• Name and contact information of honoree
• Your phone number
