California Home Care & Hospice Inc., provides health care services in the home on a part-time basis. Experienced nurses, therapists and aides are available to assist patients of all ages, including newborn infants, young children, adults and the elderly. Services may include skilled observation, assessment, and instruction to our patients and families. Our nurses and therapists perform procedures ordered by the patients physician, including I.V. therapy at home, catheter insertion, wound care, ostomy care and other skilled services to meet your needs at home. Our home health agency services are covered by Medicare, Medi-Cal and private insurance, upon order from your physician.
